Classification Tab

The Classification tab opens a screen to indicate whether the employee is a qualified instructor for the organization and/or whether he or she participates in an agency, TimeID, or SecurALL, or is an audit-only employee. Set each value to yes or no.

For each classification option, indicate whether the employee belongs to this classification by selecting either Yes or No.

Agency/Pool Employee

Indicates whether this employee belongs to a staffing pool or agency (Yes/No). To specify the pools the employee belongs to, click on the Pools section button in the left pane and enter the information there.

Audit Employee

Indicates whether this is a Test employee, only used for testing, and not an actual licensed employee in the system (Yes/No).

Instructor

Indicates whether this employee is also an Education Tracking instructor (Yes/No). When this value is set to Yes, the employee name appears as an Instructor option when configuring a course or a class.

SecurALL Employee

Indicates whether this employee is set up to use SecurALL access control (Yes/No).

TimeID Employee

Indicates whether this employee is eligible to use the TimeID feature (Yes/No).
