Employee Schedules

The lower portion of the main viewing screen displays the other employees who hold a valid position in the organization unit, and the activity codes of their assigned schedules.

• Symbols to the left of the activity code indicate if the schedule is being Offered , or is an unapproved Trade or is a pending schedule .
